Charing, the perfect recipe for doing good while having fun. This is the perfect motto for Charing Golf Tour by Sprinklr, a particular circuit that has brought solidarity and sport to Italian courses for eight years.
Born to support third sector companies and at the same time create an ever-expanding network for partner companies, Charing Golf Tour today bases its roots more than ever on sharing. We talk about values deriving from sport, from friendship, about concepts such as the enhancement of the territory and giving oneself to others.
Charing Golf Tour by Sprinklr, eventSolidarity, for Charing, has been a reality for six years in the Seraphic Institute of Assisi, an internationally recognized excellence in the treatment of physical / mental disabilities of children and young adults. It is a reality that has existed for 150 years. Today the Seraphic bases its mission on personal care and praise for life by opening the doors to Ukrainian families with children with disabilities.
The circuits of the circuit in recent years have been confirmed by great demand, starting with Alta Badia where it all began in 2014, Pustertal in Brunico, Ca 'Amata in Castelfranco and Asiago. The 2022 edition is enriched with two new locations: the Assisi stage will in fact be played at Antognolla (Perugia) and while the grand finale will be at Albenza (Bergamo).
This year we will start from Brunico on 22/23 April from where we said goodbye at the end of 2021. The stage is a combined ski race at Planes de Corones on 22 April and a golf competition at the Pustertal Golf Club on the day following. Then we will move on to June 3 at the Antognolla with a visit to the Seraphic on June 4. On 25 and 26 June it will be the turn of Ca 'Amata in Castelfranco Veneto, on 29-30 July a stop in Asiago while from 5 to 7 August the three-day Alta Badia Golf Club will be confirmed. From here it will land in Bergamo with an individual race to end on September 19th with a Pro-Am.
Particular attention this year will be paid to players accompanying them: for them special proposals designed together with local agencies. Fun recreational activities are provided for the little ones.
Charing Golf Tour has always counted among its participants personalities who distinguished themselves for great sporting results first and then for great sensitivity and humanity. A few names? From the world of football Jonathan Binotto, Attilio Lombardo, Paolo Monelli, Michele Paramatti, Stefan Schwoch, Andrea Seno, Mauro Tassotti, Giuseppe Zinetti. From skiing Giacomo and Roberto Erlacher, Peter Fill, Kristian Ghedina, Michael Mair, Manfred Mölgg, Guido Paur, Pepi Ploner, Alfred and Peter Rungaldier, Dorothea Wierer and Hannes Zingerle.
Last but not least Beppe Dossena and Costantino Rocca, national pride in the history of golf. Both are official circuit ambassadors.
In presenting the new edition, the president of Charing, Claudio Ongis, highlights how, from the first impact, the concept of gift has been decisive in the relationship between Charing and the Seraphic.
“We are presenting the ninth edition but we have been changing our skin for six years. The meeting with the Seraphic of Assisi transformed us. He made us understand the importance of the gift. We will experience it on June 4th because we will meet the boys of the Seraphic and with them we will live unique experiences through sensorial workshops ".
This is echoed by the president of the Assisi institute, the lawyer Francesca Di Maolo. “We are proud to have Charing alongside us in this extraordinary year in which we celebrate our 150th anniversary. We would never have reached this goal - she says - without the support of people and companies that share the value of solidarity ".
Petra Loraggian, radio and television presenter, was also on stage at the Bulk, mixology food bar in Milan of the friend and ambassador chef Giancarlo Morelli, to present the ninth edition. Loraggian has always been sensitive to initiatives related to children and she is already the godmother of various associations.
