Bliss wins her way to a title shot at WWE Stomping Grounds

In need of her first true feud since winning the SmackDown women’s title, Bayley found three former champions hunting her down.

During a very special episode of a Moment of Bliss, Alexa Bliss, Carmella and Charlotte Flair were entered into a triple threat match tonight (Jun. 4) on SmackDown. The winner of the three way dance earned the right to face Bayley at WWE Stomping Grounds on Jun. 23.

Battling injuries for a better part of a year, a subplot to the match was just how physical Bliss got with both Flair and Mella.

Bliss’s all out style would pay dividends.

Taking advantage of Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose interfering in the match, Bliss hit Carmella with a DDT and earned the three count.

With the Wild Card Rule in effect, Raw star Alexa Bliss will challenge Bayley for the SmackDown women’s title at Stomping Grounds on Jun. 23.
