Former world No. 1 Thomas Muster enjoys leading the Austria ATP Cup team at the inaugural ATP Cup as the Austrian tennis legend insists he loves being around the game.

Muster, who won his maiden Grand Slam title at the French Open in 1995, so far has been extremely dedicated and committed to helping Austria make a good result at the ATP Cup.

After losing to Croatia in their opener at the tournament, Austria bounced back with a win over Argentina to keep their chances of qualifying for the knockout stage.

Austria will finish its group stage campaign on Wednesday when they meet Poland.

"I always enjoy being around tennis. That’s me. But looking at the event, I think it’s amazing the way it’s organised around the country. It’s great to see,” Muster told the ATP Tour. "If you look at the intensity the guys have, the way they’re supporting the teams, the captains, but also the players, is very professional. It’s on a very high level."

After stunning Argentine world No. 25 Guido Pella 0-6 6-4 6-4, Austrian world No. 105 Dennis Novak credited Muster for his win as he said the captain's speech helped him to bounce back from a first set bagel.
