After showing off his skills in a new tennis home training video, Roger Federer challenged the elite of the tennis world, including Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Serena Williams, plus other world-class stars like Cristiano Ronaldo, Dwayne Johnson and Bill Gates to showcase their own ‘training from home’ drills.
Roger Federer wears white from head to toe in his video above and that inevitably brings back some Wimbledon memories. But even though the All England Club was cancelled that doesn’t mean the Swiss Maestro will get out of shape. As proof, this is the second drill he posted during the last 7 days. The first one was just a little bit different since he had to hit the wall from a greater distance.
The point of Roger’s new training video was not only to inspire tennis enthusiasts around the world to pick up their rackets and exercise safely but also to promote all kinds of home training. And to have a greater impact, Federer decided to challenge tennis players like his rival Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Serena Williams and Coco Gauff.
But he didn’t stop there. The 38 years old Swiss player gave a shout-out to Hollywood stars like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Hugh Jackman, Chris Hemsworth and more. He also challenged Cristiano Ronaldo, his good friend Bill Gates, his rival from Match For Africa, Trevor Noah, and more.
Regarding Nadal, the Spaniard posted, a few days ago, a short clip in which he plays tennis with his sister Maria Bel over an improvised net, but now we should expect Federer’s fierce rival to come up with something new.
