Although the tennis season has come to an end, Carlitos Alcaraz has not yet gone on holiday and delighted tennis fans present at an exhibition in Mexico. The young Spanish played and won against the American Tommy Paul, in two sets. Alcaraz won with the result of 7-6 6-3 in front of 30 thousand cheering fans. The Spanish tennis player ended the season badly, tired, probably after a year in which he won and he still triumphed at Wimbledon, avoiding Novak Djokovic's Career Grand Slam in five sets. Yet, in Mexico, amidst fun and laughter, Carlitos always showed top-level tennis, surprising the fans present and his opponent with a simply exceptional shot:
And in the meantime, Carlitos is already planning for 2024The shot that Alcaraz just hit in Mexico City. 🤣 Come on... pic.twitter.com/bxpPWIalTh

The Olympic Games will make next season even more special. The city of Paris will host the 33rd edition of the Olympics and all the best athletes from the entire sporting scene. Analyzing specifically what will happen in the world of tennis, the tournament will be played on the red clay of the Roland Garros, after Wimbledon. Players will therefore have to be good at adapting to the change of surface as quickly as possible. Alcaraz, in an interview given to the Mexican media in recent days following the exhibition match against Tommy Paul, made interesting statements, both regarding the Paris Olympics and the season that has just ended. "2024 will be a special year. I am very excited to be able to play in the Olympics and to be able to live that experience with all the athletes from my country. I will try to fight to get a medal for my country. It would be the most important thing right now in my career, in my personal life. We will do our best. A possible double with Rafael Nadal would be a dream for me, even if it's still a few months away. The first part of my season was spectacular, but after Wimbledon I had a bit of a down period. But I think it's normal and I have to learn from these situations. There are aspects I need to improve on for next year. I also collaborate with a psychologist who helps me a lot in these types of situations together with my team. We'll see next year. It will be a year full of energy and good moments, we will train and fight to be at the same level or even better than this year."
