Caroline Wozniacki says post-tennis life has been great

Caroline Wozniacki says her transition from pro tennis life to retirement has been "a great experience" so far. 

Wozniacki, 32, retired from pro tennis after the 2020 Australian Open. 

Now, Wozniacki works in tennis broadcasting and she is very family orientated.

"After officially retiring from professional tennis after almost two decades, I’ve transitioned into a career commentating and hosting broadcasts of matches such as the Grand Slam, Roland Garros, Wimbledon, the US Open, and local events here in Miami. It has been a great experience so far, letting me keep up with my passion for the sport, while giving me more time with my growing family," Wozniacki said in a conversation with Bang & Olufsen.

Wozniacki bringing Scandinavian style to Miami

In 2019, Wozniacki married former NBA player David Lee.

Since then, Wozniacki and Lee have welcomed two kids. 

When designing their new home in Miami, Wozniacki and Lee wanted to mix Scandinavian and Miami styles.

"The design aesthetics between Miami and Scandinavia are quite different, but David and I were determined to find a way to fuse the two styles in our new home. The gorgeous Bang & Olufsen products seen around the home were just one of the ways we brought my Danish heritage into the space in an artful and practical way," Wozniacki explained. 

During this year's Australian Open, Wozniacki answered some fan questions through her Instagram account.

One fan asked Wozniacki if there were any chances of seeing her return to pro tennis.

In her answer, Wozniacki noted she loves the sport but underlined there are no plans to return.

"Do you have the itch to come back to the tour?" a fan asked Wozniacki. 

Wozniacki responded to the question: "I don't miss the hard work it takes to be at the top of the game. But I love the sport and I miss the competitiveness at times."
