Martina Navratilova says she is "hanging in there" as she is fighting to win her second battle with cancer.
On January 4th, Navratilova announced she was diagnosed with throat and breast cancer.
13 years ago, Navratilova was diagnosed with breast cancer and beat the disease.
Now, Navratilova is again battling cancer and the tennis community is praying the tennis icon again beats the disease.
"How are you @Martina? Just remember, nothing can beat YOU," one Twitter used asked Navratilova.
Navratilova responded: "Hanging in there, thanks."

"Martina Navratilova has been diagnosed with stage one throat cancer. The prognosis is good and Martina will start her treatment this month. The cancer type is HPV and this particular type responds really well to treatment," a statement from the January 4th read.
Two weeks after the announcement, Navratilova was asked on Tennis Channel how she was doing.
Navratilova went on to reveal that she had two surgeries, four biopsies and radiation.
Also, Navratilova said she was keeping a positive spirit.
"I’m ready to go. Ready to get on with the treatment. I’ve had two surgeries and four biopsies and radiation, chemo awaiting. But I’m ready to go. And I’m ready to go in other ways as well. Once I get to play again, I’ve got my squeezy thingy here. I just found these Wimbledon resistance bands in my grocery bag – I don’t know how they got there. And I have my water bottle as usual. So, I’m ready to go. So good to be with you guys, I wish I were there. But I will be there next time," Navratilova said on Tennis Channel at the start of the Australian Open.
After Navratilova shared the diagnosis, the entire tennis community expressed their support and sent prayers to one of the greatest players in tennis history.
