Paraguayan junior Daniel Vallejo couldn't hide his happiness after getting a chance to hit with record 22-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal.

Vallejo, 18, entered this week with an ITF junior ranking of No. 2.

As Nadal is preparing for the North American hard court swing, he had a hit with promising Paraguayan Vallejo.

"What's better than this? Thanks, Rafael Nadal," Vallejo wrote on Twitter.

Nadal set to return after an unfortunate end to Wimbledon

Nadal, 36, won the opening two Grand Slams of the season and his next goal was to win his first Wimbledon title since 2010.

At Wimbledon, Nadal was making a good progress as he reached the semifinal.

Unfortunately, Nadal was visibly hampered by an abdominal injury during his quarterfinal match versus Taylor Fritz and that injury forced him to give a walkover to Nick Kyrgios in the semifinal.

Pulling out from his Wimbledon semifinal wasn't easy for Nadal, but he didn't want to risk aggravating his injury.

"I can't imagine myself winning two matches and for respect to myself in some way I don't want to go out and not be competitive enough," Nadal explained at Wimbledon. "A couple of weeks ago I saw my career very different because of the foot injury. The most important thing is happiness more than any titles. I can't risk that match and stay two or three months out of the competition. I am very sad and it is a very tough one."

Three weeks have passed since Nadal's Wimbledon withdrawal and now he is preparing for the Montreal Masters, which kicks off on August 07.

"Nadal really wants to come to Montreal and his hotel rooms are already booked," Montreal tournament director Eugene Lapierre revealed.

Nadal maybe didn't win Wimbledon but still he has had a great season and he will certainly be aiming to cap off his big year with the US Open title.
