In an interview with Sport Express, former world No. 5 Anne Chakvetadze spoke about Roger Federer's ATP Finals semis loss to Stefanos Tsitsipas and the chances the Swiss can have next year. In the Grand Slams, Roger still has an opportunity, there is more time to recover and there are easier early rounds. I think next year Federer will reach a Major final and possibly win it."
On Daniil Medvedev's level dropping, Chakvetadze added: "He paid the price for the physical effort he made in the previous months.
