One match at NXT TakeOver: XXV tonight (June 1) was guaranteed one new set of champions.
When the Viking Raiders relinquished their NXT tag team championships after being moved up to Raw, William Regal set up a fatal 4-way ladder match for the Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport, CT tonight. It involved four teams: Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish of the Undisputed ERA, the Brit-Am Brawlers (Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch), the Forgotten Sons (Wesley Blake and Steve Cutler), and the Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins).
This being a 4-way ladder match, it was obviously defined by crazy and sometimes brutal spots.

Then there was the star of the match, Kyle O’Reilly, who may have been actively trying to take years off his life in this one. This was just one of the many big bumps the Undisputed member took.
Please don't let this match be the end of Kool Kyle.

This was before he was under the ladder and stopped Steve Cutler from climbing it by grabbing his leg in a leg lock. Just super creative stuff.
And it looked like Cool Kyle was going to win it all. He was alone and slowly climbing the ladder when the Forgotten Son’s Jaxson Ryker marched down to the ring and started laying out everyone that wasn’t a fellow member of his crew.
But soon everyone who wasn’t part of the Sons took the books to the big man, stomping him into the ground. They followed up by slamming a ladder into his back six times.
Then they went back to fighting each other for a small period of time before they realized they’d need to work a little harder to put Jaxson Ryker down. Moves like this helped:

After Ryker was finally neutralized, a second ladder was introduced and both the ERA and Brit-Am Brawlers climbed them before the Sons knocked them off. Enter the Street Profits. Dawkins speared Cutler while Ford SPRINGBOARDED ONTO THE LADDER to knock off Blake and grab the titles.
.@AngeloDawkins and @MontezFordWWE save the day!

The Street Profits survived an incredibly wild match to win the NXT tag team championships.
