Ignoring the fact that Shane McMahon had major segments on both Raw and SmackDown, the current Best in the World’s WWE character is having himself a damn good 2019.
Not only has Shane-O-Mac become the top heel in WWE’s universe, he almost may be the most powerful figure the company has built in awhile. Coming off a win over Roman Reigns at Super ShowDown over the weekend, McMahon continued his rivalry with The Miz Tuesday night (Jun. 11) on SmackDown.
Well McMahon didn’t really continue it, as he pretty much punked Miz on national TV once again. Laying down a ‘beat Elias and Drew McIntyre to get a match with him’ gauntlet for Miz, McMahon didn’t even let his rival get close enough for a realistic shot at him.

The topic of McMahon becoming WWE’s top heel in our excellent SmackDown preview earlier today, but that point was really driven home in the opening segment of this week’s episode.
Out of all the talent on WWE’s main roster, why has Shane McMahon received one of the biggest pushes over the last six months?
