Rhian Brewster in Liverpool’s squad vs Barcelona
Times journalist Paul Joyce has confirmed that Rhian Brewster will be in Liverpool’s squad on Tuesday night against Barcelona.
Brewster, 19, was named on Liverpool’s bench in the Champions League semifinal first-leg at the Camp Nou.
Will the teenager get the opportunity to play against the Catalans?
Brewster’s chances of being involved have been raised after Mo Salah and Roberto Firmino have been ruled out of the second-leg.
While it’s unlikely that Brewster will start for the Reds, Jurgen Klopp could turn to the youngster during the 90 minutes.

Virgil van Dijk injury update
Virgil van Dijk missed Liverpool’s final training session on Monday before the Barcelona game.
It’s unclear why the Dutch defender missed the warm-up, however the good news for Liverpool fans is that the Times believe Van Dijk will start against Barcelona.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is injured again
He’s only just returned from over a year on the sidelines, but Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain may now be injured again.
Oxlade-Chamberlain also missed the Liverpool’s main training session on Monday.
Goal.com have reported that the Ox may have injured himself when warming up against Newcastle last weekend in the Premier League.
The Times state that Oxlade-Chamberlain has a hamstring problem.
Club spokesperson says there is no specific reason van Dijk and Oxlade-Chamberlain are not training – both are doing individual, bespoke sessions so have missed this open session for the cameras. Both can still be available tomorrow night though #LFC pic.twitter.com/IKviUwcBwk
