Novak Djokovic is breaking every record, and there is a significant fact that can define him as the GOAT. In the latest edition of Roland Garros, Djokovic obtained perhaps the most important: the 23rd Grand Slam title.

No one in the history of men's tennis has ever reached this figure. However, this is not the only record he achieved by winning the French Open final against Casper Ruud. There is perhaps one date that underlines even more why he is the GOAT. On French clay, in fact, Djokovic won the number three title at the Roland Garros.

He told: "One of the most important victories, obviously. I knew that history was at stake today, but I tried to focus my attention and thoughts on preparing for this match in the best possible way, to win like any other match.

I can't say I haven't thought about it, but my team has created a good bubble around me. And of course when I saw his forehand go wide, I felt a huge relief and was overwhelmed with wonderful emotions. Yes, I'm very happy and very proud."
