New troubles for Tiger Woods. The golf star's lawyers will soon be in court in an attempt to stop a lawsuit brought by the sportsman's ex-girlfriend. Erica Herman, who was dumped by Woods a few months ago after six years of relationship, has asked for the cancellation of the confidentiality agreement signed with the golfer after the first meeting. She was working as a manager at Woods' Florida restaurant when their romance began and she claims she signed the deal under duress because Tiger threatened to fire her if she didn't. However, Woods' lawyers deny this version.
Tiger Woods, story"A boss who imposes different working conditions on his employee because of their relationship is harassment," says Benjamin Hodas, Erica Herman's defender. Tiger Woods' lawyer JB Murray denies the 47-year-old golfer ever assaulted or harassed his former partner, calling his allegations in court documents "absolutely without merit". It is not known whether Woods will attend the hearing before District Judge Elizabeth Metzger, the first in what could turn out to be a long court battle.
