Snooker superstar Ronnie O'Sullivan says it's absolutely impressive what Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer have been able to accomplish.
The Big Three have dominated the Grand Slam scene for the past two decades as the three of them have combined for a total of 61 Grand Slam titles.
Nadal owns a record of 21 Grand Slams, while Federer and Djokovic are tied on the second place with 20 Majors each.
O'Sullivan, a six-time World Champion in snooker, invited Djokovic for a game of snooker.
"It's okay to win one, two, three Grand Slams, to have a few good years, but these guys have been here for two decades, that makes them great. And yes, if Novak is ready to play a few shots of snooker with me, he can always call me!" O'Sullivan told Telegraf.rs.
O'Sullivan: I'm better at tennis than Djokovic is at snookerAfter O'Sullivan invited Djokovic for a game of snooker, he was asked what would happen if the two met on a tennis court.
"Of course! I'm good at tennis. I'm sure I'm better at tennis than Novak is at snooker," O'Sullivan said.
Just like tennis, snooker has expanded in recent decades.
"Snooker has changed in the last 15 years, it was something that had a strong base in Great Britain, and now you have several players from China, Thailand, Australia, Ukraine, Russia... From all parts of Europe and the world. Lots of new faces in tournaments, but it's nice to see. I still haven't seen anyone from Serbia, maybe it would be good to send a few of them to train to become champions one day," O'Sullivan said.
Meanwhile, sports fans will have a chance to see O'Sullivan and Djokovic in action this month.
O'Sullivan is set to compete for his seventh World Champion crowd, while Djokovic is set to battle for his third Monte Carlo title.
