During his stream on Twitch today, Rusev revealed he was diagnosed with COVID-19:
“Big breaking news, hold on. … I am absolutely positive for COVID-19. I am absolutely 100 percent, super mega, incredibly positive.”
He would go on to say that he initially tested negative but he does indeed have the virus. He said he lost his sense of taste for a bit but he’s feeling “great” now. He appears to be in good spirits, all things considered.
This comes just after his wife, Lana, revealed both her parents got COVID-19 and struggled to recover from it. They are, however, on the mend and doing much better.
