Orton confirms he’s coming for McIntyre

There’s been talk of a Randy Orton vs. Drew McIntyre match headlining SummerSlam next month for a while now but absolutely no hint of it on WWE television.

Until this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw.

The company promoted Orton naming his next target at the start of the show and he got there right away:

The long and short of it is he wants to be champion again and that means going for the current titleholder. That would be McIntyre. He wants the match on the biggest stage possible, which would be SummerSlam.
