Jimmy Uso injured, out 6-to-9 months

If you wondered why The Usos aren’t involved in the melee at the top of the SmackDown tag team division right now, well, wonder no longer.

According to Ringside News, Jimmy Uso suffered a knee injury that will require surgery and have him on the shelf for anywhere from 6-to-9 months. The Wrestling Observer confirmed the injury while saying it’s believed the injury happened at WrestleMania 36.

Either way, it’s a tough break for Jimmy & Jey, who only recently returned from an extended layoff in 2019 following the former’s arrest for DUI.

No one from WWE has commented on the situation.
