Rumors for the Day:
- The Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes there are “a ton of people” from WWE who have inquired about going to AEW, and that includes a lot of folks in NXT.
- The WON also says there have been ideas talked about for defending the 24/7 chamionship on YouTube, Instagram, and at the Perforce Center between shows.
- PW Insider is saying AOP are scheduled to return next month, and will be working SmackDown Live events.
- The Observer notes AEW is likely headed for a Wednesday night time slot, but there’s no official decision just yet.
- Ring of Honor will bring back the Top Prospect tournament this summer, per PW Insider.
